Hidden Engineering operates Marcus Analytics, a private internal tool used by the owner to review content-performance information from authorized social-media accounts.

AUTHORIZED USE
Marcus Analytics may be used only with accounts the user owns or is authorized to manage. The user is responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms and policies.

SERVICE SCOPE
The service summarizes authorized profile, content, and analytics data. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete platform data, or any particular business or audience result. Platform APIs may delay, restrict, change, or discontinue access.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
Authentication is handled through each platform's official authorization process. Marcus Analytics does not request or store social-media passwords. Access may be revoked through the applicable platform's settings.

ACCEPTABLE USE
The service must not be used to access accounts without permission, violate platform policies, misrepresent analytics, or infringe the rights of others.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
Marcus Analytics is provided as available for private informational use. To the extent permitted by law, Hidden Engineering is not liable for losses caused by unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate third-party platform data.

CHANGES
These terms may be updated as the service or connected platforms change.
