Hidden Engineering operates Marcus Analytics, a private tool that reads analytics from social-media accounts authorized by their owner.

REQUEST DELETION
Email b.williamsreyes@yahoo.com with the subject “Marcus Analytics Data Deletion Request.” Identify the connected platform and account or profile name. Do not send a password, access token, or verification code.

We will confirm receipt and delete locally stored authorization credentials and synchronized analytics associated with the identified account, subject to information that must be retained by law.

REVOKE PLATFORM ACCESS
You may stop future synchronization immediately by removing Marcus Social Analytics or Marcus Analytics from the connected-app or business-integration settings of Google or YouTube, Meta or Facebook or Instagram, or TikTok.

Revoking access prevents future collection but does not automatically remove previously synchronized local data. Use the email process above to request deletion of that data.

TIMING
Deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days. A confirmation will be sent when the request has been processed.
